Dear Parent,

 

The Spring 2007 VIP Soccer Program will start on Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Creekside Park 10455 Miller Avenue in Cupertino (map).  The program will run from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

 

For spring soccer, the registration fee is $25. If you find that the registration fee will cause a financial hardship, we offer scholarships which will pay for the registration. If you need a scholarship, simply return the registration form without payment. We will then assume that you are on scholarship. All scholarships are confidential.

 

A registration form and a player profile are posted in Word format. Please print both forms, fill them out, and send along with a check for $25 (per family) payable to AYSO to the following address:

After you have registered, you will receive more information about what to do in preparation for the season. Here is the schedule for spring soccer. All dates are on Sunday except for May 19, which is on a Saturday at Cupertino Library Field on Torre Avenue.
