Payment: Cash, Money Orders or Checks -- Payable to
AYSO Region 27. Please bring exact cash, we have no
change. The registration fee includes a complete regulation AYSO uniform
(jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, team and
individual pictures. Depending on what equipment you already have, you may need
to obtain soccer cleats, shin guards, a soccer ball (size depends on age) and a
water bottle.
On Registration Day
What to Bring
(2) Copies of the player form

Players that did not play last year must bring proof of age. This can
be a birth certificate or passport with date of birth of child.

Your child's Doctor's name and phone number

Your child's medical insurance info

An emergency contact name & phone #

Checks or cash totaling $140 per player you are registering

Pictures required for U16 and up! All players
born before July 31st,
who are registering for U16 or U19 for the first time must
bring a small, 1"x1" picture to be used for the official AYSO player ID card.

If you are volunteering, please bring your driver's license and the names,
addresses, and phone numbers of two personal references.

The name on the volunteer form must match the one on the driver's license.
What to Do
Follow the instructions below for new
or returning players. If you filled out your
child's registration forms online and brought 2 copies of your child's
forms.

Go to volunteer table and complete the volunteer job
description form. The number of teams we can have is limited by the
number of volunteers we have. Don't assume that someone else
will be coaching or refereeing your child.

Go to the registrar's table to have your registration forms reviewed.

Go to the cashier table and pay $140 fee by check or cash for each player you
are registering. Please make your check payable to AYSO Region 27, be sure your
address is correct on check, and include your phone #.

Players are placed in divisions based on date of birth. Your
child's division can be determined from the following table:

Late Registration
Late registration begins after the last regular registration event. All late registration applications will be on a wait-list basis only and your check will be
deposited only if the child is registered. Contact your division coordinator to
see if there are openings on any teams. If you do not know your division you
can find it in the table above using your child's birthday.
Refund Policy
Players withdrawing prior to July 1,
will be issued a full refund. After July 1,2011
The cost of items not returned (including uniforms) will be deducted from your refund.All refund requests must be submitted in writing or by emailing
registrar@saratogasoccer.org. Be sure to include player(s) full
name(s).
