Team Rep Information Page

Thank you for being a Team Rep!

The Team Rep is the heart of the team. Your job is to help make all of the non-soccer parts of the team run smoothly so that the coaches can focus on soccer with the kids! A good team rep is invaluable to the coach and the players.

Posted is a lot of information about being a team rep. If you have an issue that has not been addressed, please contact the Region 27 Team Rep Chair.

We offer Team Parent training before every season starts. Training for the fall has already been completed. The content of the training can be found in the Fall 2011 Team Rep Guide. The Team Rep training is required every season you wish to be a team rep. The class is part of the job.

If there is an injury during a practice, game or AYSO outing, like the Pizza Party, an AYSO incident report  MUST be completed ASAP. Also, contact the Safety Director immediately.

If there are concerns about a specific coach or referee, please let us know. We have a feedback page to collect constructive feedback. If there is a concern about abuse, please contact the Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate.

As you know, we ask every volunteer to provide a Social Security number. We keep these numbers highly confidential. We don't ask lightly, and take the responsibility of ensuring the over 1200 kids are as safe as they can be. More information can be found in this letter from our National director.
