Spring Soccer is Coming
Location: Saratoga Elementary School Multipurpose Room
Time: January 21, 2012. 10:00-Noon
Returning players from fall: Enter
eAYSO and click the "Print player form" link. Print two forms. Check your volunteer information to be sure that it is current. Then click the "Print form" link and print two volunteer forms.
$120 for 1st child; $100 for 2nd sibling; $90 for additional siblings.
New players: Enter
eAYSO and click the "Application for new player" link. Fill in all information and print two forms. Click either "Apply as a new volunteer", if you are new to
AYSO or "Apply as a continuing adult volunteer" if you have volunteered before. Print two volunteer forms.
$140 for 1st child; $120 for 2nd sibling; $90 for additional siblings.
AYSO carries liability insurance to cover all players and volunteers. All volunteers must take the Safe Haven course to be covered. The Safe Haven course can be taken on line if you have not taken it before. The link is
ayso.org/training.aspx. You will need to have your AYSO ID number that you can find in
eAYSO.
Board Positions
Some of our board positions are open. Several of our board members no longer have children playing in our region and they may want to retire soon. Without a board there will be no soccer. We must have these positions filled soon. They include Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate, Field Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Sponsorship Chair, and Snack Shack Chair. Please contact
